About The Position

ABM is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Tech to help maintain clean, safe, and orderly assigned facilities. The role includes routine cleaning and sanitation as well as light maintenance and utility work, supporting a positive environment for employees, clients, and visitors. The posted pay is $21.50 per hour; the specific offer may vary based on experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and maintain hygiene standards.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste according to company policies.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and supplies.
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
Follow safety procedures and company cleaning and sanitation protocols.
Replace light bulbs and perform locksmithing.
Resolve tenant problems.
Perform utility work and plumbing repairs.
Work on ladders and lifts and remove snow.
