Maintenance Tech - Full Time Position - Bozeman
About The Position
The Maintenance Tech helps maintain a comfortable and safe environment for residents. The role maintains the grounds, community, and equipment in compliance with state safety regulations; helps plan and operate within the maintenance budget; helps lead and oversee the housekeeping team; and repairs equipment or coordinates repairs by contracted personnel. The Maintenance Tech interacts tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and personnel, and the general public. This is a full-time, day-shift position in Bozeman, Montana, paying $22.00–$23.00 per hour. The position requires a high school education level.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Be flexible and able to work well with the managerial team to solve problems.
- Have excellent time-management skills.
- Be vaccinated against COVID-19 or willing to be vaccinated.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the grounds, community, and equipment in compliance with state safety regulations.
- Help plan, prepare, and operate under the maintenance budget.
- Help lead and oversee the housekeeping team.
- Repair equipment or facilitate repairs by contracted personnel.
- Interact tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and personnel, and the general public.
