About The Position

The Hotel Maintenance Make Ready Team maintains the quality of hotel guest rooms by performing preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure rooms meet established brand standards for cleanliness and functionality. The role also assists with preparing and setting up meeting rooms and event spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform mattress flipping, vacuum under and behind furniture, deep-clean carpets, touch-up painting, dusting, bathroom cleaning, appliance functionality checks, light fixture inspection and cleaning, and examination of grout and caulking.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs in guest rooms to ensure each room meets brand standards of cleanliness and functionality.
• Complete a preventative maintenance checklist for each guest room, covering furniture, doors and windows, bathroom fixtures, walls and ceilings, and electrical and mechanical items.
• Assist with preparing and setting up meeting rooms and event spaces, ensuring they are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary amenities.
