About The Position

We’re seeking a hands-on, people-focused General Manager to lead operations at the 202-room DoubleTree by Hilton Huntington, drive financial performance, and inspire a team committed to exceptional guest experiences. Requirements

At least 5 years of progressive hotel leadership experience.
Strong operational, financial, sales, and team leadership skills.
A hands-on leadership style and a passion for hospitality, accountability, and associate development.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work a flexible schedule.
Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
