About The Position

The Guest Room Attendant cleans assigned guest rooms and responds to guest requests to help provide a comfortable stay and support outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Duties include making beds; cleaning bathrooms; dusting and vacuuming; replenishing linens, towels, and guest amenities; performing deep cleaning; maintaining and transporting a housekeeping supply cart; disposing of trash and recyclables; and providing turn-down service as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Perform guest turn-down service as needed.
