About The Position

The Guest Room Attendant helps make the hotel feel like home by ensuring guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The role is responsible for cleaning assigned guest rooms and responding to guest requests as part of the hotel’s ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Duties are performed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
• Perform deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Perform guest turndown service as needed.
