About The Position

Shaner Hotel Group is seeking a hands-on, people-focused General Manager to lead operations at the 202-room DoubleTree by Hilton Huntington in downtown Huntington, West Virginia. The role is responsible for strengthening operational performance, upholding brand standards, improving the guest experience, growing revenue, and developing talent. The ideal candidate is a visible, engaged leader who values team development, business results, and the hotel’s reputation in the local community. The hotel features more than 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, a seasonal outdoor pool, Doppio Albero Restaurant, and Bootleggers Lounge. Shaner Hotels is a hospitality owner-operator and management company with a portfolio of more than 70 properties and over 8,000 guest rooms across 14 states and three countries.

Requirements

At least 5 years of progressive hotel leadership experience.
Strong operational, financial, sales, and team leadership skills.
A hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality, accountability, and associate development.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work a flexible schedule.
Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
