About The Position
Residence Inn by Marriott in East Peoria is currently looking for a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to join their team. They are looking for outgoing individuals who are able to work variable hours including weekends. Frontier Hospitality Group has been locally owned since 1950 and operates eight hotels across four fantastic brands. Requirements
- Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provides high-quality customer service.
- Handles guest reservations.
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
- Other duties as required with the department.
