Hotel Front Desk Attendant
About The Position
The Hampton Inn Brookfield/Milwaukee is looking for a Front Desk Attendant to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. This is a part-time position for the 2nd shift, including weekends. A sign-on bonus of $750 is offered, paid out at 2, 4, and 6 months of employment. The role involves greeting guests, managing all aspects of their stay, checking them in and out, and processing payments using a computer system. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, is motivated to enhance the guest experience, can work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment, possesses attention to detail, and is available to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
- Use computer system to make reservations, check-in and check-out hotel guests, and process payments.
- Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests' needs.
- Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations.
