About The Position

LIVunLtd, part of The Amenity Collective, partners with five-star hotels and is seeking a polished, poised concierge passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This front-facing role provides high-end concierge services in a hotel setting. The concierge should have in-depth knowledge of local businesses, entertainment venues, and travel options, and deliver five-star service to guests. Hotel experience is preferred. Both part-time and full-time hours are available.

Candidates must have a legal right to work in the United States. LIVunLtd follows regional and contractual COVID-19 vaccination and testing requirements. This description outlines general position requirements; additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of concierge experience.
• In-depth knowledge of local businesses, entertainment venues, and travel options.
• Great instincts and excellent communication skills.
• Genuine desire to provide amazing customer service.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Hotel experience is preferred.
• Ability to speak one or more foreign languages.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon entrance and confirm reservations.
• Arrange premium tickets to in-demand shows, sporting events, and concerts.
• Assist guests with information and requests, including events, excursions, transportation, and dining.
• Develop extensive knowledge of the premises and nearby venues and businesses to make suitable recommendations.
• Answer phone calls, make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail, and redirect calls.
• Respond to complaints and find adequate solutions.
• Perform additional duties specific to the location or requested by the manager.
