About The Position

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Hot Stamp Operator to join the manufacturing team. The role involves producing high-quality parts while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The operator sets up and runs hot stamp press and punch press equipment, follows work instructions and job specifications, inspects parts, and supports production goals. This position offers on-the-job training and opportunities to learn and grow within manufacturing. Work is performed in person in a manufacturing or factory environment in Brighton, Michigan. Day, night, and overnight shifts are available.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience is required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic tooling.
Ability to read a tape measure in feet and inches.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive work.
Ability to bend and reach frequently and lift up to 50 pounds.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating stamping presses or similar equipment.
Availability for day, night, or overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate hot stamp press and punch press equipment according to work instructions.
Read and follow job specifications, including tooling and die setup.
Measure and inspect parts using a tape measure and other basic tools to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform routine quality checks and document results as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety guidelines and participate in site safety programs.
Support team production goals and meet established output targets.
Assist with additional duties as assigned.
