About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hot Press Operator to join the 2nd shift manufacturing team. The role ensures product quality and precision through effective operation of hot pressing equipment. The operator assembles, molds, or shapes materials to specifications, monitors equipment and product quality, and follows safety procedures. Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience required.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to workplace safety regulations.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate hot pressing machinery to assemble, mold, or shape materials according to specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to support optimal operation and product quality.
• Inspect finished products for defects and confirm they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Accurately record production data and report issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment at all times.
