About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest’s experience at Chili’s by providing warm hospitality and service. They welcome Guests, manage the wait list, answer and direct telephone calls, communicate concerns to a Manager when appropriate, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role is suited to someone who enjoys making people feel special and can work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, ready to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
