About The Position
Hosts welcome Guests as they arrive at Chili's and help create a warm, hospitable experience. The role includes managing the wait list, answering and directing telephone calls, communicating Guest concerns to a Manager when appropriate, and helping fellow Team Members. Hosts also contribute to a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. No experience is necessary.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, ready to greet Guests with a smile.
- Able to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Able to work standing for long periods of time.
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
- Manage the wait list.
- Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
- Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
- Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
