About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest’s experience at Chili’s by providing a warm welcome and hospitality. The role includes managing the wait list, directing telephone calls, communicating Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. Hosts also support fellow Team Members as needed. The position requires working on your feet for long periods and being able to safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary. No experience is necessary. The role offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
