About The Position

Hosts at Maggiano’s are responsible for welcoming and seating guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait when needed, and bidding farewell to guests. They provide guests’ first and last impression of the restaurant and help make them feel special as part of the fast-paced Front of the House team. The role supports Maggiano’s purpose of bringing people together to celebrate family and friends.
