About The Position

Hosts are responsible for greeting and seating guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait when necessary, and bidding farewell to guests. They serve as the first and last impression of Maggiano’s and help guests feel welcome as part of the restaurant’s front-of-house team. The position takes place in a fast-paced restaurant environment focused on energetic service and creating a memorable guest experience.
