About The Position

Hosts at Maggiano’s are responsible for welcoming and seating guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait when needed, and bidding farewell to guests. Hosts create the first and last impression of Maggiano’s and help guests feel special as they enter and leave the restaurant. This is a fast-paced front-of-house role centered on warm, energetic service and bringing people together.
