About The Position

Hosts are responsible for welcoming and seating Guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait when necessary, and bidding farewell to Guests. They create the first and last impression of Maggiano’s and help guests feel special as part of the restaurant’s Front of the House team. The role is in a fast-paced service environment focused on hospitality and bringing people together.
