Responsibilities

Greet arriving and departing guests.
Escort guests to their assigned dining area and present menus.
Seat guests in the bar or dining area according to their preference.
Inform guests about current promotions and identify who will be serving them to support a smooth handoff.
Screen incoming calls to the restaurant.
Manage the flow of guests into dining and bar areas.
Provide accurate wait times to incoming guests.
Attend to guests' needs and requests.
Observe guests' needs throughout their dining experience to help ensure high-quality service.
Follow sanitation, safety, and alcohol-control policies to protect the establishment and its patrons.
Assist in the dining room by setting and clearing tables and serving beverages.
Maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
