Responsibilities

Maintain a complete working knowledge of how to operate the dishwashing machine and compartment sink.
Work at a pace that ensures an adequate supply of service ware regardless of business volume.
Ensure all items are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored in their designated places.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and personal hygiene in accordance with Tumbleweed guidelines.
Follow safety and sanitation standards to help ensure a safe working environment for employees.
Perform required side work.
Perform other duties as assigned.
