About The Position

Requirements
- Basic computer skills and knowledge.
- Ability to provide professional customer service and build relationships with clients.
- Ability to recommend products and services and meet minimum sales requirements.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment and bend down to pick up items from floors.
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
- Ability to work independently and alone during shifts when business needs require it.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent, professional customer service and ensure clients’ needs are met.
- Engage clients, build relationships, and understand and meet their needs.
- Recommend products and services to clients.
- Meet minimum sales requirements.
- Multitask by cleaning tanning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients as they arrive.
- Help maintain cleanliness in tanning rooms, the lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
- Work cohesively with the team in an upbeat, fast-paced salon environment while following company policies and procedures.
