About The Position

Alchemy is seeking a friendly, dependable Host to serve as the first and last point of contact for guests and help create a warm, welcoming dining experience. The restaurant is located at MarketStreet in Lynnfield and serves creative comfort food and sushi. Hosts greet and seat guests, coordinate reservations and waitlists, answer calls and questions, and work with servers and managers to support smooth service. The role is suited to someone who can work quickly and manage multiple tasks while remaining gracious under pressure. Restaurant experience is helpful but not required.

Requirements

• Must be 16 or older.
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment.
• Available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a positive, professional attitude.
