About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest’s experience by providing hospitality and service in Chili’s restaurants. The role is suited to someone who takes pride in offering a warm welcome and making Guests feel special. Hosts greet Guests, manage the wait list, respond to telephone calls, communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate, support fellow Team Members, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The position requires working on your feet for long periods and being able to safely lift and maneuver food trays when needed. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with a readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
