About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to provide friendly, energetic service in a fast-paced, physically demanding coffee shop environment. Broistas connect with customers, help them explore the menu, prepare high-quality drinks efficiently, and keep the workspace clean while following food safety standards. The role requires working on your feet and handling a steady flow of customers, with shifts of up to 10 hours. Teamwork, reliability, adaptability, and a positive attitude are central to the position. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. Compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay, plus an average of $6.75 per hour in tips; actual tips may vary.
