About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to provide friendly, energetic customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume shop. Broistas connect with customers, help them explore the menu, prepare quality drinks efficiently, and contribute to a positive team environment while representing Dutch Bros values. The work is physically demanding and involves standing and moving throughout shifts of up to 10 hours, working in varied weather conditions, and occasionally pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Employees are expected to arrive reliably for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings, maintain a clean workspace, and follow food safety standards. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests. The position offers a base wage of $10.00 per hour plus tips; the stated average of $6.75 per hour in tips is not guaranteed and may vary.
