About The Position
Hosts begin each Guest’s experience by providing hospitality and service at Chili’s. The role focuses on warmly welcoming Guests, helping them feel special, managing the wait list, and supporting a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. Hosts also assist fellow Team Members and communicate Guest concerns to a Manager when appropriate. No experience is necessary.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with a readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to work standing for long periods.
- Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
- No experience necessary.
Responsibilities
- Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
- Manage the wait list.
- Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
- Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
- Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
