About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest's experience by providing hospitality and service. They welcome Guests, help make them feel special, and contribute to a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. This role is with Chili's in Gilbert.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Able to work standing for long periods.
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
