About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest’s experience by providing hospitality and service in Chili’s restaurants. The role welcomes Guests, helps them feel special, manages the wait list, directs telephone calls, and supports Team Members while helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Hosts should have a friendly, warm, and caring attitude and be able to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, ready to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
