About The Position

Pies & Pints is hiring a Host for its team-based restaurant environment. The role focuses on welcoming guests, helping create a positive dining experience, and supporting the team with dining-room operations. Hosts greet and seat guests, manage the seating rotation, assist with calls and to-go orders, and help maintain dining-room cleanliness. Compensation is $12 to $19 per hour, including tips.

Responsibilities

• Make people happy and help create a positive guest experience.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Greet every guest with a genuine smile and in a professional manner.
• Walk guests to their tables and engage with them while seating them.
• Keep the seating chart organized and follow the seating rotation.
• Help maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and bus tables when needed.
• Answer phones and assist guests with call-ahead seating or to-go orders.
