Legacy Club at Circa - Hostess
About The Position
Legacy Club Hosts and Hostesses greet guests upon arrival, seat guests in the dining room, create and manage reservations in a computer system, maintain a seating chart, and resolve guest situations. They support the venue’s service standards, help with opening and closing duties, communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs, manage reservations and waiting lists, escort guests to their assigned seating areas, answer incoming calls, respond to guest queries, and assist wait staff as needed. The role involves frequent contact with guests and team members, and may require responding promptly to emergencies and incidents according to policy.
Requirements
- Read and speak English and communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in written and verbal form.
- Understand and comply with company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to multitask.
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Obtain required work cards.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
