About The Position

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Host/Hostess to support smooth and efficient restaurant operations in collaboration with servers and kitchen staff. The role oversees the dining entrance and lobby, welcomes residents and guests, escorts them to tables with the appropriate number of menus, and helps guests feel comfortable while they wait. It also includes answering the phone, following up on requests, maintaining front-of-house and kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, and assisting with wait-staff training.

The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities. A flexible schedule is required, including weekends and holidays. The listed compensation range is $17.00–$23.00. Wind Crest is an 84-acre continuing care retirement community in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, managed by Erickson Senior Living.

Requirements

• Ability to safely lift or move up to 25 pounds with designated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dining front entrance and lobby.
• Greet residents and guests warmly upon arrival.
• Provide the appropriate number of menus when escorting guests to their tables.
• Communicate effectively with guests, manage crowds, and help ensure guests are comfortable while waiting for a table.
• Answer the phone professionally and follow up on requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen.
• Assist in training the wait staff.
