About The Position

Hosts are responsible for guests’ first and last impressions of Maggiano’s. They greet and seat guests, answer phones, take reservations, maintain an accurate wait when necessary, and bid farewell to guests. The role is part of the fast-paced Front of the House team, whose goal is to make guests feel special and welcome them into the restaurant.
