About The Position

The Papaya Club Host/Hostess at Conrad Orlando helps create memorable guest experiences by welcoming and assisting guests in the restaurant. The role includes greeting and escorting guests, managing seating and dining-room flow, responding to questions and requests, and supporting general restaurant operations. Hosts also complete opening and closing tasks and help prepare for service by stocking supplies and folding silverware.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and quickly determine their needs.
• Seat guests, manage the seating chart, and monitor dining activity to maintain a smooth dining experience.
• Respond promptly and knowledgeably to guest inquiries and special requests.
• Perform opening and closing tasks.
• Assist with service preparation, including stocking and folding silverware.
