About The Position
The Host/Hostess represents the hotel by maintaining proper attire and established service standards, serving as a customer relations clerk, and maintaining an orderly flow of customer traffic. The role includes greeting and escorting guests, presenting menus, answering the Indigo Restaurant phone promptly and courteously, and receiving, entering, and confirming restaurant reservations. Other duties may be assigned.
