About The Position

Grand Wailea, a Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, is seeking a Host/Hostess to join its Food and Beverage team at Nobu. The resort spans 40 acres of tropical gardens and has 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and seven food and beverage outlets. As a restaurant host, you will welcome and escort guests, help create memorable dining experiences, and support smooth restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and quickly ascertain their needs.
• Seat guests, manage the seating chart, and monitor dining activity to ensure a smooth experience.
• Respond promptly and knowledgeably to guest inquiries and special requests.
• Perform opening and closing tasks and assist with service preparation, including stocking and folding silverware.
