About The Position

The Banquet Server joins the Banquets team at Grand Wailea, a Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui. The role delivers food and beverage service and memorable guest experiences by providing warm, attentive hospitality. Servers interact positively with guests, learn menu items and specials, take and enter orders, deliver orders promptly, keep service stations stocked and organized, and follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively find ways to make the meal experience special.
• Learn menu items, promotions, and specials to assist guests and answer questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly and accurately.
• Keep the food service station stocked, clean, and organized.
• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
