About The Position
Server Assistants (Hosts) are valued members of the Ted’s Montana Grill team who help create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver “Big Sky Moments” to ensure a memorable guest experience. The role supports genuine hospitality and an only-at-Ted’s experience for guests in restaurants styled after 19th-century saloons. The stated pay is tipped minimum wage plus tips, averaging $15–$17 per hour. Full-service restaurant experience is preferred. Ted’s Montana Grill restaurants are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
