Host/Hostess/Server Assistant
About The Position
Ted’s Montana Grill is seeking a Server Assistant (Host) to help provide genuine hospitality and a memorable guest experience. Server Assistants are valued team members who help create an atmosphere of hospitality and deliver “Big Sky Moments,” ensuring guests have a remarkable experience. The restaurant describes its culture as Premium, Polished and Professional, while also being Cool, guided by its “Big Sky Spirit.” The position offers tipped minimum wage plus tips, averaging $16–$20 per hour. Ted’s Montana Grill promotes flexible schedules, career advancement, and a focus on team members’ family and quality of life. Restaurants are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
