About The Position
Server Assistants (Hosts) are vital and valued members of the Ted’s Montana Grill team. They help create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and deliver “Big Sky Moments” to ensure a great guest experience. The role contributes to a remarkable, uniquely Ted’s experience for guests. Ted’s Montana Grill describes its culture as Premium, Polished and Professional, while also being Cool (“3 PC”), and guided by “The Big Sky Spirit.” The restaurants evoke classic 19th-century saloons. The company highlights a commitment to local growers and sustainable choices in kitchen operations. The stated pay range is tipped minimum wage plus tips, averaging $12–$17 per hour.
