About The Position

The Host greets and seats guests, coordinates reservations, and responds to inquiries efficiently, courteously, and professionally to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with Four Seasons policies. The position is based at Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, a Gulf Coast property featuring private residences, a hotel, dining outlets, and other resort amenities.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• U.S. work authorization is required.

Nice To Haves

• Six to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or related work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests promptly at a table set for the size of their party and according to their preferences.
• Answer telephones according to Four Seasons standards, take restaurant reservations, and provide information about the restaurant and other hotel services.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries or problems, recognize regular guests by name, and use guests’ names consistently.
• Inspect and maintain daily menus to ensure their quality, condition, and appearance, and develop working knowledge of menu items and daily specials.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Complete assigned special projects, such as menu changes and signage.
• Ensure proper table setup and make minor adjustments as needed.
