About The Position

Bellyard, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, in Atlanta is seeking a charismatic, customer-oriented Host/ess to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. The role is a first point of contact in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment and involves greeting and assisting guests, coordinating seating and service, and helping create memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Escort guests to their tables and organize seating arrangements.
• Provide menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and servers to support timely service.
• Assist with reservations and manage the waiting list.
• Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues or complaints.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and service excellence.
