About The Position
Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a customer-focused Host for Blade and Barrel at The Dellshire, a four-star destination resort in Wisconsin Dells scheduled to open in Spring 2026. The Host greets guests, supports the restaurant service team, and helps create a memorable experience from guests’ arrival through departure. This role is presented as an opportunity to begin and grow a career in restaurants at a world-class property. The position calls for an engaging, welcoming person who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and help ensure guests’ needs are met. Compensation is listed as $10–$10. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including skills, experience, certifications, and location.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area.
- Monitor open dining sections for empty and cleaned tables.
- Estimate guest wait times and monitor the waiting list.
- Ensure guests’ needs are met while they wait.
- Answer the telephone and book reservations.
- Move tables together to accommodate large parties.
