Host/ess - Blade and Barrel
About The Position
Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Host for Blade and Barrel at The Dellshire, an independent four-star destination resort in Wisconsin Dells scheduled to open in Spring 2026. The Host greets guests upon arrival, supports the restaurant service team, and helps create a welcoming and memorable guest experience. As guests’ first and last point of contact, the Host sets the tone for their visit and should be engaging, attentive, and quick on their feet. This role offers an opportunity to begin and grow a restaurant career at a new resort property. The Host monitors dining sections and the guest waiting list, estimates wait times, attends to guests while they wait, answers calls, books reservations, and arranges tables for larger parties.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area.
- Monitor open dining sections for empty and cleaned tables.
- Estimate guest wait times and monitor the guest waiting list.
- Ensure guests’ needs are met while they are waiting.
- Answer the telephone and book reservations.
- Move tables together to accommodate large parties.
- Support the service team in delivering memorable hospitality.
