Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate, Miami
About The Position
The Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate provides clerical support for front- and back-of-house operations in the Hermès Miami Boutique. The role supports the client experience in a fast-paced luxury environment and collaborates with the sales team and selling support teams. The position reports to a member of the store management team and runs from November through December 31st. The role supports boutique traffic and client hospitality, assists the sales process, and helps maintain organized, well-stocked workstations and selling-floor merchandise. Regular in-person work at a Company-designated location is an essential function. The position has no supervisory, budget, or decision-making responsibility. The hourly pay range is $20.00 to $23.00; actual pay depends on job, location, and individual experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Support beverage service in line with brand standards and ensure beverage supplies are stocked in partnership with management.
- Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales process by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stock room.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to support sales efforts.
- Keep supplies such as bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, and stationery stocked.
- Maintain selling-floor merchandise standards by straightening and filling in merchandise.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
