Hospitality Manager

Landing•Columbus, OH
•$55,000 - $75,000

About The Position

Landing is hiring a Hospitality Manager to oversee a segment of its Ohio properties in a fast-growing market. The role owns operations end to end, including member experience, property partnerships, housekeeping vendors, maintenance coordination, and unit quality. The manager oversees a portfolio across a market segment rather than a single property and helps develop operational processes and playbooks as the business grows. The position manages bookings through Landing’s platform and OTA partners, supports members from booking through checkout, coordinates with property management and housekeeping partners, helps ensure units are ready and meet standards, and onboards and launches new properties. It also tracks and improves market KPIs and reports results to the Hub Manager. Core hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. As a guest-facing role, it sometimes requires availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays, particularly around month-end and high-volume check-in periods. Compensation is a base salary of $60,000–$68,000, based on experience, a performance bonus of up to 20% of base salary, and a $6,600 annual vehicle and cell stipend.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize competing urgent matters.
