About The Position
The Hospitality Lead is an entry-level leadership position for Team Members seeking to grow into management. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences on every shift and maintaining the Urban Plates Vibe. The position is based at Urban Plates Restaurants, 2080 Fair Oaks Blvd, Sacramento, California. Pay is $17.90–$22.74 per hour, with the opportunity to earn tips in addition to hourly pay.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an uncompromising focus on delivering excellent guest experiences on every shift.
- Maintain the Urban Plates Vibe and help provide a welcoming, positive restaurant experience.
- Participate in paid position training and available cross-training.
