About The Position

The Hospitality Lead is an entry-level leadership position for Team Members seeking to grow into management. The role focuses on delivering excellent Guest experiences on every shift and maintaining the Urban Plates Vibe. This position is based at the Urban Plates restaurant at 865 Russell Blvd, Suite 140, Davis, California. Pay is $17.90–$21.72 per hour, with the opportunity to earn tips and additional compensation through the Team Member recognition program.
