About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, service-driven Hospitality Floater to support all aspects of corporate hosting, hospitality, and guest experience programs for our clients' FIFA World Cup 26™ portfolios. This role serves as a flexible, cross-functional team member capable of stepping into multiple operational areas including guest services, transportation coordination, lodging support, food & beverage operations, event logistics, executive hosting, registration, and onsite hospitality execution. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and delivers exceptional white-glove service with professionalism and attention to detail. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day responsibilities and takes pride in ensuring seamless guest experiences across every touchpoint.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in event staffing, workforce management, or large-scale operations — preferably in sports, live events, or experiential marketing.
  • Proven success managing large, diverse teams and coordinating multiple staffing vendors.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities with an eye for detail.
  • Experience developing and maintaining schedules, shift plans, and credentialing systems.
  • Skilled in vendor relations, budgeting, and operational reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a hands-on, people-first leadership style.
  • High level PowerPoint Skills, Excel and Outlook and a confidence to present internally and externally.
  • An ability to connect with people from various backgrounds, cultures and an ability to handle high end B2B clients and B2C guests equally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and workforce management or project tracking platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining a calm and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Endurance, stamina and physical ability to work long hours for extended days during activations.
  • Persistent enthusiasm, energy and drive through the project both in the office and importantly, on the road.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to or more than eight hours at a time.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day coordination of the FWC related hospitality projects with global/domestic teams.
  • Provide flexible operational support across hospitality, hosting, and experiential programs.
  • Step in as backup coverage for multiple hospitality workstreams including registration, transportation, lodging, ticketing, guest communications, food & beverage, gifting, and onsite hosting.
  • Support planning and execution of corporate hospitality programs, executive hosting events, and VIP experiences.
  • Coordinate guest logistics including hotel manifests, transportation schedules, itineraries, credentials, and event access.
  • Serve as a guest-facing representative, delivering professional and personalized service to clients, executives, and VIP attendees.
  • Assist with onsite event operations including hospitality desks, check-in, wayfinding, venue support, and guest issue resolution.
  • Support food & beverage execution including catering coordination, dietary accommodations, inventory tracking, and hospitality suite readiness.
  • Manage and update tracking documents, guest lists, operational run-of-shows, and reporting materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, hotels, transportation providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Troubleshoot real-time operational issues with professionalism, urgency, and discretion.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, organization, and operational readiness across all hospitality environments.
  • Support pre-event planning, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up activities.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed; no task is too small.
  • Onsite delivery of the event.
