About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, service-driven Experiential Production Floater to support all aspects of experiential programs for our clients' FIFA World Cup 26™ portfolios. This role serves as a critical backup and support resource across all aspects of event production, experiential operations, and onsite execution. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can seamlessly step into multiple production functions as needed, and enjoys the operational challenge of bringing live experiences to life. This position requires exceptional organization, flexibility, professionalism, and a hands-on approach to event execution.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in event staffing, workforce management, or large-scale operations — preferably in sports, live events, or experiential marketing.
  • Proven success managing large, diverse teams and coordinating multiple staffing vendors.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities with an eye for detail.
  • Experience developing and maintaining schedules, shift plans, and credentialing systems.
  • Skilled in vendor relations, budgeting, and operational reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a hands-on, people-first leadership style.
  • High level PowerPoint Skills, Excel and Outlook and a confidence to present internally and externally
  • An ability to connect with people from various backgrounds, cultures and an ability to handle high end B2B clients and B2C guests equally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and workforce management or project tracking platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining a calm and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Endurance, stamina and physical ability to work long hours for extended days during activations.
  • Persistent enthusiasm, energy and drive through the project both in the office and importantly, on the road.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to or more than eight hours at a time.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel level: High (40-60%).

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of experiential marketing programs, live events, conferences, and brand activations
  • Provide cross-functional production coverage across logistics, staffing, vendor coordination, credentialing, transportation, inventory management, and onsite operations
  • Serve as a flexible backup resource for production managers, event leads, coordinators, and onsite teams
  • Assist with operational planning documents including production schedules, run-of-show timelines, staffing plans, manifests, and event recaps
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, fabrication partners, AV teams, transportation providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
  • Support onsite production needs including load-in/load-out, registration operations, hospitality areas, backstage support, storage management, and event troubleshooting
  • Anticipate operational challenges and proactively resolve issues in real time with professionalism and urgency
  • Assist with staffing logistics including scheduling, travel coordination, accommodations, meals, uniforms, and credential distribution
  • Maintain accurate trackers, production documents, inventory records, and operational reporting
  • Ensure all event elements align with operational, safety, and brand standards
  • Support shipping, receiving, packing, and fulfillment of event materials and assets
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment while supporting multiple concurrent programs and events
  • Step into varying operational responsibilities as business and event needs evolve
  • Support pre-event planning, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up activities
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed; no task is too small
  • Onsite delivery of the event
